1. Returns
We want you to love your Homentra Goods! We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and intimate household items (e.g., used bath towels) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
